Scope
Management routes validate the authenticated identity plus organization/project context through the platform authority. A property is operated within that tenant context.
Key lifecycle
Property keys authorize public ingestion. Rotation and broader lifecycle controls belong to the commercial control-plane roadmap and must remain observable and auditable.
